Due to continued success and growth, we are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to take responsibility for our Medical Desk based in our office in Dunstable. The purpose of the role is to provide quality recruitment solutions to new clients and candidates whilst continually meeting and exceeding set targets. To ensure the promotion of compliance within the company procedures and policies. Position Overview As a consultant you will be responsible for building a pool of clients and candidates off-Framework to the NHS and private sector. The role will/may vary from the allocated tasks as it is reactive to the business needs of our clients. Your main responsibilities will include: Canvassing for new clients and sales prospects Negotiate and confirm Terms of Business Identify, sourcing and headhunting healthcare professionals through multiple search methods, including but not limited to job boards, referrals and networking. Executing all phases of recruitment activities to hire medical professionals and exceed client expectations. Matching candidates to appropriate opportunities and according to our clients’ staffing needs Using marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts. Customer Retention and servicing. Evaluating employers' business needs. Negotiating terms of employment. Generating potential candidates. Achieving sales targets. Providing information to the Company’s Compliance Officer. Typical Tasks include: Maintaining regular contact with assigned key clients and partners, building effective relationships and developing a good understanding of the Clients business, culture and environment Sourcing candidate and working with external Resourcers to build candidate database, then maintaining a pipeline of new candidates This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, award winning and ever growing recruitment agency within the Home counties.
